    Refund not getting processed?

    Hello,

    Any estimate on when you'll get my refund processed? I've sent several emails and PM and commented on forum. I was promised this would be taken care of on monday. My order # is 11397. Search your emails for BTC address for the refund. Thank you.

    There is no record of order #11397, nor is there any record of your email address Eryngi, or any emails from you. How and when did you pay? When did you make the order? When did you send your refund request and to what address?

    Same goes for Naterhit. Please provide additional information.

    Anyone who's ever requested a refund has received it promptly. Neither of you have requested a refund (at least with the email addresses you've used on the forums) and the one order number you've provided does not exist.

    I forwarded my order receipt to BFL and they responded within the hour about a refund.

    That is usually how it goes. I suspect something more is going on with these two orders than has been revealed.

    There was a typo in my original post and the order number was incorrect. I've talked with Josh over this and settled everything in a satisfactory manner. Case closed. Thank you Josh.
