Is My Order In?

In our new ordering system there are some status descriptions that may need some clarification for some people.

Cancelled is pretty easy to understand.
Pending means we don't have your money yet.
Processing means we have the money but we haven't shipped yet. Your order at this stage is just waiting on a product.
Shipped means it has left the building. (If you see this pertaining to an ASIC it is incorrect!)

I wanted the "processing" word to say "paid" but the programmers could not fulfill my wish.

    That's fine! No worries there: "processing" means the order is being processed - it has been paid but has not yet shipped. I like it.

    Well... I just checked my orders and the order number on one of my orders is correct (only one order shows up when I had 2 paid), but the item ordered is showing an FPGA Single instead of a ASIC Single or Little Single.

    They must obviously be still working out the kinks, so give them a few. They have a large amount of orders to move over and a lot is probably being done by hand due to some difficulties with the original upload of order info to the new system.

    I can grasp the sheer quantity of crap the CS team is putting up with right now so my hats off to you guys, I know that doing that kind of work on this scale is pretty hectic, and you guys are making 5 changes at once while launching a new product and expanding 10 fold in a year.     I too am looking to see the status of my order. For some reason or another I cant seem to find a login link on the site and when I follow the link through the e-mail I was sent I get the same result. Can someone please help me to find out the status of my order. I dont even know my order number, I do know it was placed yesterday and paid for. Can anyone help?

    It's not worked with Find Order By:email, but worked with Find Order By:zipcode and it says that my order is canceled, very funny...

    Ordered: 1
    Canceled: 1

    Maybe it's still uncorrect.

    This is for ASIC orders (aka the SC Single) ... Do they even offer the single?

    I followed the link for dh1, and I would say same experience as Lab_Rat and qqqq. It will find my order by zip code but not by e-mail. And I placed an order for 2 jalapenos, but only one shows, while it doesn't say anything like 'processing' I had paid for the whole order using Bitcoins, and it says Bank Transfer.

    I will wait patiently, hope that they screw up my order completely, and ship me two extras as apology when the mistake is realized

    Just a little bit wondering how you can get data entry so wrong! Everyone I read tells the same story. I am really going to assume that everything is OK because they did e-mail me the correct information when my order was first paid.

    Well, I still cant log in to check the status of my order, I'm getting a tad frustrated at this point. Its a 8+ thousand order and I cant even get them to e-mail me back! what's going on here? I sent 2 emails in the last 72 hours and have been totally ignored, I have left a VM to call me back which too has been ignored. Anyone here have any ideas of how I can get someone from BFL on the phone to talk to me and discuss these issues??

    Should I be worried if one of my orders says canceled, even though it was originally an upgrade to 8 jalapenos ($613), then later changed to 2 little sc singles (including the extra $119 that it cost).

    If you're looking at the new ordering system (which you shouldn't be, because supposedly logins are disabled), then you're seeing all kinds of crazy meaningless crap. Move along; not the droids you're looking for.

    Using the little trick to log in to try and check order status still works, but the data in the system is more messed up than when it was first imported... hence, the meaningless crap that StevenM mentioned... seems like progress is going backwards with it, at this pace we'll get our hardware before it's fixed. They have the correct data somewhere, no worries!
    At least my original order # and date are correct in the new system lol...

    Edit:
    Just now took another sneak peek at it, and it seems my order info is correct! Though, it does still list the payment method as Bank Transfer; I paid BTC and then used Paypal to upgrade, so that doesn't matter at all to me. Here's hoping that the Express Shipping 'only' will remain in effect!
