We now have all the old orders in the new system. By "IN" I mean they have been imported and we have started to check how the import went. In most cases the orders look fine, but there are quite a number that are incorrect and we must update them before you all start looking (and emailing). All of us in customer service are checking on your orders. It might take us a week to get them all corrected to our satisfaction and believe me, it is easier than answering 500 emails from people who want to tell us their order is incorrect.

    Hehe, when Lab_Rat posted how to get in the first time I nearly had a heart attack when all my orders were wrong. This time it looks a little better, 2 of my orders are still incorrect, but I will wait a bit before freaking out again Thanks Jody!

    No, just confirmation that we can send 500 e-mails pertaining to our orders...

    I used an hotmail account to register my orders.
    It seems like the password mail is not getting to my inbox for whatever the reason.
    I know it was already stated that we had to contact hotmail support for this issue but since their support site is all messed up can someone tell me the easiest way to contact Microsoft for this specific issue

    Did you not read her post that all orders are being reviewed... hence these three orders will be reviewed as well...

    My understanding is posting your order numbers here will not accelerate that process. Only waste others time having to sort through your posts (including my snarky response) to get to other useful information...

    people are still looking for the number of preorders. lol Here is the best data I have found comparing 80Mhash now to 30Ghash with the number of confirmed orders as posted by members as well as the mathematical law of averages. These figures were put together based merely on the BFL machines and there Mathematical effect on the market. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...=sharing#gid=0 Note the difference in market share between 1 video card now to 30Ghash after release. lol

    The system should be up in 1 week (or less). You will know once they add login back to their website. Right now people are using a backdoor method into the system to check their orders.

    I would, but there are many others on so many bitcoin blogs. Were your figures similar in that it works out that while being extremely faster the profit margins are probably not going to be what people were hoping for on a dollar for dollar basis?

    Back door? I know about it because I placed another order... Doesn't look like a back door.

    Back door because you are using a URL that was removed from the main site to enter the order system to view your orders.

    The official way to view your orders is to use a link off the main BFL site. It has been removed until the new order system is checked for import errors.

    BFL still has to log people into the system to place orders, process, pay for and record them. But there is no "official" way to view orders without using a back door method in. How would you get in if BFL decided to change the order system URL without letting anyone know?

    Thanks for the update, Jody! I notice that my order is showing up as of today, but is for 6 more single trade-ins than what I ordered :P If anyone sees an error in how their order was entered by going to the link found on products.butterflylabs.com, is it best to not contact customer service regarding this? Please let us know when things should be ok, so that we can help by reviewing our orders before the critical first shipping date. Good luck to you and the team! Update: My order info is now corrected

    This is the oldest scam in the books. You promise a “pie in the sky”; all the dudes bite the bait and order the wonder machine. They send you their money; you keep delaying the “product”. In the mean time you utilize their money in any way you wish. It is not illegal because when they ask for refund, you return their money. What is great about this is that you have other people’s money to invest in low risk ventures and when they are fed up and asking for their refund, you had a year or so to make money on other people’s capital. Eventually you refund the initial purchase price to all of them and you look like a million bucks. I believe all business you love an interest free loan like this in the back of gullible fools. Keep smiling fools.
