    BFL doesn't refund anymore

    I asked for a refund today and this was the response i received :

    As stated on the order form, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund. We truly do appreciate your business.

    I'm assuming they do not want to set a precedent of refunding orders after they have been recently placed. If you paid it BitCoin, I'm sorry, I don't know what you can do. If you paid via PayPal, open a claim. If you paid with PayPal via a credit card, dispute the charge if the PayPal method fails. I know that at least one credit card company will dispute charges up to 180 days from the date of payment.

    I would say if your order was made several months ago you might a chance for a refund. But two weeks, I think the NO REFUNDS policy is in full effect. And you can't complain for another six to eight weeks. And by then BFL will have sent you your order.

    Since it clearly states "no refunds" at purchase, they are within their policy. Even though they have granted some refunds on the past, there is no obligation to do so when the terms were spelled out when you ordered IMO.

    If he ordered with paypal he may be able to fight if he ordered with btc he stands just about no chance of refund. BTW they granted lots of refunds thousands if my 2 were refund numbers correct I was 1100 then 1900.


    They did say no refunds once shipping begins. In fact they sent me an email about 2 weeks ago saying no refunds.
